The final phased closings will occur on June 3, 2010 and will include Tonto Natural Bridge State Park near Payson, Alamo Lake State Park in Wenden, Lost Dutchman State Park in Apache Junction, Picacho Peak State Park and Red Rock State Park in Sedona.

Im confused though. Does that mean we arent allowed to go there on our own? Or does it just mean they are closing facilities, parking and ranger patrol?

To the legality of it I'm not sure. I know people who took advantage of Natural Bridge's temp closure to explore it more thoroughly. ;)
