A friend of mine emails these to me when they have a pet in need. If you were already thinking of a puppy for Christmas maybe you'll consider taking Chance. Or perhaps you can take him until a permanent situation comes along?

We need a foster home for Chance!
Lab Mix, male..all shots and neutered. He was left on the doorstep of Academy West Vet Clinic. They loved him there but he needs to get used to a family and a home while he is waiting to be adopted..he is 7 months old....housebroken...and full of love. Will need some manner attention if you have time...he has spent most of his time in a kennel situations so needs to learn to play. Call or email if you can be his foster family.
