Anyone know anything about these tires?

Found a set of four that are reasonable, but don't know anyone running them.

how many ply is the sidewall?

A few in NM run them and have ok luck with them.

look like maybe a 2 ply, but it's hard to tell and I can't find it in the write up.

See alot of them on daily rigs at work, See them starting to cup at aboout 15 to 20k.
