Just looking though some of the older shots and the ones I made "special projects."

----------------------------------------

Some are subtle (note lower right rocks, all added after horizon was rotated for better angle)

Older classic

Sometime I want a challenge or just to beat myself up. 3 things here

Or a cactus is just too tall for me :eyeroll:

-----------------------------------------------------------------

And then there's this year's Sept calendar shot where I forgot to give Randy his window sticker. Plus Paula had the audacity to wear a blue shirt!

Clouds, Horizon, and Muffler delete?

(incredible work, Mike. Always said you made us look much better than we actually are. )

Muffler, horizon, and then added ground in bottom right after rotation loss. It was just another of those Moab shots where the ground felt level but the horizon wasn't. :red|

I thought you liked people in your shots :)g)

it's a conspiracy the next thing you will see is that bob has been the first jeep to land on mars. they are preparing us for when the aliens come and i do not mean the ones from down south. remember the picture of mike having his feet for lunch?? i will keep my shoes on around him for now on:! noticed how people disappeared in those photos?? feet for lunch they had to hide the evidence8|

:))
It is a slippery slope.
For a while I thought I was going to have to photoshop a color change onto Bob's Jeep so we would have more than just him in the calendar shots. Still might have to with this sudden influx of XJ babies. It's like there was a black out 9 months ago in the parking lot of Safeway.

After

The snow on the side of the road was dirty because of the plows. It and the motion were my biggest changes

that looks fake with so much snow

I like working on pictures after a trip. It makes it seem to last longer and be more creative.

Architecture can require more processing due to lens distortion. Lines, like horizons, need to be straightened and buildings have a lot of them. Low light and being on the move can make things tough too.

Something as simple as a door can need after love to make worth anything. Many adjustments were made to ensure visually appealing lines.

Processing abandoned things afterwards can be fun just by itself.

More about using the magic Photoshop tools...

Here is one of my first tries (since it was a first try, I usually crop in closer on this one to miss my rough work).
