I need to drop some weight. I'm real close to being 100 pounds heavier than I was when I graduated high school.

Obviously I need to eat less and healthier. We are already working on that.

I'm thinking about doing some light hiking to get into an exercise routine. Anybody interested in a weekly or even twice a week hike? When I first moved to AZ, I used to go to North Mountain and Squaw Peak areas all the time. If anyone else wanted to join in, that would be motivation to stick with it also.

I'm down! Pretty sure my roommate would be up for this as well. I could use a good hike or two every week :)

This depresses me and I'm going to go have some ice cream to make me feel better.

I wouldnt mind a hike or two... I dont have a gym membership but even when I did was hard to go alone, so a "buddy" would be a GREAT way to motivate me!
