No. Glad I traveled yesterday instead of today.

We will never forget, though.

No, I never will. That was a very sad, strange weird day. My prayers go out to the survivors, families who lost someone and to the nation who seems to have forgotten.

I think the images will stay with me till my end. I will remember vividly all day and pray for all affected.......:'(

8 years ago I was at work with 20-30 other people stuffed a room built for 10 watching a small tv. No one said a word. No one moved. Not till the towers fell. We watched as the 2nd tower was hit. We watched as the people ran and news crews tried to make sense of what was happening. "The United States of America is under attack!" was what came across the tv. Some people left work to go get their kids. Others called family and friends just to check on them. I walked out back and watched as sky emptied and all the military planes were pulled off the tarmac. I will never forget.

I had just layed down to sleep after returning from my night job. Special J called, woke me up, and said turn the TV on. I asked what channel and he said, "It doesn't matter, it's on every channel." Went into my mother and sister's room and we watched as the second plane hit.

I was driving to work at 6:30 am. turned on the radio to sports talk as usual back then and all they could talk about was an attack in NY. Called home to my then wife told her to wake up and turn on tv then she told me what was going on. Got to the office and watched the coverage of the towers and everything else for the next 8 hours. Went home watched coverage of the towers rescue til 4 am. I cannot ever get those images out of my head. Nor do I want to. America is stronger today because of the actions of a radical few.

I got to work and someone asked me if i had heard that a plane had crashed into the wtc and i was like ok what is the joke. She was like no joke and had me get the tv working in the breakroom and i was like wow how could this have happened.
