Great turnout, thanks to everyone who made it. We didn't make it to the overlook over Black Canyon City, instead we headed back and ran raw deal which was covered in mud. If anyone is going to run raw deal I would plan on running it backwards, because the cemex plant has put in a gate on the road right after you exit raw deal. You can also go across the road and head south in the canyon, that's the way we go out, but I'm not sure how long it's going to remain open after they see 28 tire marks..













Look closer, I think I managed to capture the ghost of Raw Deal's past, strangely enough it looks similar to Bobby.

Raw Deal is nice warm up/newbie testing trail, and I'm sure, fun at night. There are some obstacles to help you test your flex and tire placement skill and is often used during the annual Jeep 101, 202, and 303 classes each year as the main trail the new Jeep owners run that gets them out of their comfort zone.

HERE is the run we did last year... pretty fun run, actually.
