Speaking from experience - you have to decide "yes" NOW and then spend the next year saving money, modifying your rig, fighting off other priorities, angering your wife by being gone on Mother's Day, and making this the most important thing in your life that you talk about, make animated videos about, and obsess about for a year.
It's worth it.

22 bucks but we can fit 2 or 3 tents on the camp spot. I am going to ask for the same spot again.
alanzona wrote:It's not too bad, but it is a Major Trip. Gas was a couple of hundred. Camping was a couple hundred. Food was a couple hundred. My suggestion last year, and I'll make it again... put away $50 (I don't care how or where) each pay period, so you save a $100 a month (put it in jar as cash along with pictures of Moab so you'll LEAVE IT ALONE - if it's in your checking account it will go to bill and stuff). Sell stuff. Prostitute yourself. I don't care, but put that money in a jar, and a year from now, you'll have $1,200 for Moab and you'll enjoy yourself and not worry about the money.
DO IT. 8|
