Nice fix but I didn't know what axles he has so I didn't want to break one before he got started. Thanks for the helping hand tho'.

What kind of rig?

These are things all wheelers should have:
besides what you already mentioned;
Sliders/rails
Winch
Cage
Spare tire
Spare parts
Tools (Including a hi lift jack and a bottle jack)

These are almost necessary on a late model Jeep:
Slip yoke eliminator
CV rear drive shaft
If manual trans: 4:1

Russ, honestly, after reading this and what Symon posted I would rethink my answer. Start with safety items first ie. roll cage, better than stock seat belts things of that nature.

cage. the one thing that peeves me most is the fact that guys will go out and spend 1000s of dollars on wheels/tires, lockers, and eveyrthing else. but overlook a good bage and seatbelt setup. safety is and should be always priority numero 1.

Agree with you there. This is all going to happen over a years time is my plan right now. I also forgot to add that on some stuff i will buy hand me downs on some of my project. This will still be my daily driver until i purchase a bike or another car down the road. In about two years or so i think i will then convert to a complete offroad jeep and then i will really go out on my mods}:)

well put Chris..... I left out harness' on purpose cos a factory seatbelt works "decent" if in a solid rig and mounted properly.

i agree.

Corbeau belts are certainly affordable. http://www.corbeau.com/products/harness_belts/2-inch_double_release_harness_belts/#

crow harnesses are very reasonably priced and they sell direct. order and in 2 or 3 days there at your door.
