BIG thanks to Scott (defibvt) & my brother Scott for running across the state & back to help me out... you guys rock!!!! :rockon:

We got the tie rod fixed quickly & then with in 100 ft got hung up on a huge rock :( took us about 2hr to get off of it & on out.
Long night (up for 29hrs now) & long drive home.
And another plug for HAM radios!!! I know some of you were aware, but ended up using it to call my brother to get help & to keep in contact thru out the morning.

once again thanks for letting me tag along. glad you made it ok paul :clap: got geoff home after a couple of stops on the beeline first steering and then his rear shaft went so we went to the west side at 40mph.

i got lucky looked under the jeep and found this

i know chris you don't have to say i told you so but that is on my list to get a skid plate to protect that pan. no oil leaking and the screw looks to be ok. other than that the bottom has a few shiny spots on now.

can't wait to go out again that was really fun and everyone was great:rockon:

I couldn't imagine how that run would've been in out the summer sun.
The temps were great last night and the moon bright.
Frogs everywhere. Almost got sprayed by a skunk that was backing out of the crevase I was looking in.
The creek's landscape has definitely grown since last time. Of course a few of the Jeeps were always looking for the harder lines.
Glad to meet all the new peeps. 7 vehicles in all.
Broto found out what he needs to get and Jstaff knows who to follow for fun ;)

Home @ 3:30am, awake @ 5:00am for church and am giving major props to Paul and his crew. Happy to hear everyone made it home ok. Thanks for an awesome time last night and am stoked about going out again. My brother and I will be work'n on the front fender today to get it looking good for the next run.

Had a great time!!. Thanks big time to Russ, Chris and Josh for tools and pulling over and helping me out. First pull of the highway was to tighten the steering, then about one mile after doing about 40mph the rear driveshaft went out. Pulled it out and did Bob, drove home in 4wd front about 40mph to north phx. Thank GOD I a detoit locker and not a ez-locker or my drive home would of been crazy. All in all had a great time with the noobs and everyone cant wait to do it again, with LESS carnage. Paul glad to here you and Scotts (two) made it home safe.

I wish i coulda made it to this one.. I had plans that night, but at 9:30 they got screwed.. I shoulda been there this time.. I'm gonna make the next run for sure..

I was told that you were having all that work done for the trip... Im sure you knew about the plans before fri night...

Yeah, i got the work done for the trip and so that way i can go out next time ya'll do a run.. Saturday night, i had plans to watch the UFC fight with my brothers... Just let me know the date of the next run, and i will for sure be there
