:sad:my cd player has been gangstered by 2pac!!yes i like like a little gansta rap once in a while but i did not expect him to take over my cd player. i cannot get the cd to eject. i had this problem before and it fixed itself in a couple of days but i am now entering a week now and my other cd's are feeling neglected. is there anyway you can manually eject a cd from the player. i have tried searching on line to no avail. i see it is common but i need to start hearing something else. free radio is driving me nuts right now.
and don't be a hater i listen to everything but country and i tolerate that because my wife like it.:'(

haha
Computer CDROM drives have a little hole that you can push a paperclip into and manually eject the CD tray. Any little holes?

Disconnect and reconnect your battery cable and it will eject.
You'll lose all your presets, but it should eject.

Really? We've gotta try that. The truck got hungry and ate all 6 in Jonathan's changer :((

I don't know if it works with a six disc changer, but it always worked with my single slot CD players.
(Washington DC is cool, by the way! I really like it here. Hijack over. ;) )

If Alan's trick doesn't work then you're probably going to have to take another CD and wedge it in there while pulling and pushing the eject button. It'll ruin both CD's, but get it out.

Yeah, that was my next suggestion. Hit it with something.

that is interesting you said that because in one article i read it said that the cd player has to learn and that through me for a loop when i read that but maybe mine is retarded with half the junk i listen to. i better becareful and avoid the 60's because then it might think it is on an acid trip or something. maybe it is a sign that i should upgrade to a newer system. maybe i will go getto take out the back seat and replace with subs (not yellow:)g)) and if i ever get lost they can find me by the bass causing minor earthquakes in the desert yah boie. may even go mp3 and just jam into an fm signal then i can load up the mp3's from computer and play my own show

If you do swap in a new radio you can follow our writeup on it. Mike swapped out Danas radio a few years back with one out of an 04 dodge ram
cool i will do that not sure what i want to put in yet they also have adapters so you can install after market stereos and i might do that not sure yet liking the mp idea more and more then there is no skipping on bumps
