Nice guess. FYI, those are 3/4" square tube, so a little small for down spouts.

You're getting your Jeep windows ready for storm chasing?
Your rack is full and you need a hitch basket?
You're making a sweet grill to mount over your street lightz?

Hint: It's not for my Jeep. Your 2nd guess is really close.
By the way, those little corners are freakishly expensive. I don't have a bender and even if I did I'm not sure it could get that tight of a corner. Anyway, it's what the customer wanted. This thing is going to be awesome.

Started welding last night.
Got the top and bottom welded and started laying it out for the vertical supports. I'm not sure where to place them or how many. It's pictured with 4 so far. That might be enough.

This project got put on the back burner, so I finally made a little more progress. Couple more hours and I'll be done with it.

Basket finished. Randy came over and we measured the mounting brackets with it sitting on his TJ. I think we are still going to add 1 more mounting point later and it needed a coat of paint. Otherwise, it turned out looking really good.
Oh, and "The Double R" stands for Randy's Rack. haha.
