Switch

Had a great weekend with some great friends and food.

Got to eat at a new to me place.

Switch.

Switch has a laid back feel with its blue walls, dark wood, and low light. The patio seemed to be the place to be as you waited for a table. Lots of seating and cover from the sun.
The server was aground enough to make sure your drink was full and the food was good, but he was not intrusive. He got the food out relatively quick and didn’t add the 20% gratuity to the bill since we had over 6 people.
Most of the people at the table ordered something different. I got the breakfast burrito with bacon. It was larger than I expected from this style of eatery. The hamburger looked great and judging by the empty plate at the end of the meal, I would guess it was good. The salads were huge and looked to be fresh out of the garden.
The prices were a little more than what you would pay in a chain style restaurant but worth it for the service and feel. Plan to spend $12-$20 with a drink.

Feeling left out of the man love?

No, I wrote something mean, decided to be nice, and edited my post... it had something to do with the "lovely write up" you gave up and you maybe finding your place in life and this answering a lot of questions... then I made the "call Chris" sound of thwap, thwap, thwap from Moab... then I decided all of that was too much and deleted it all.

Now... if your questions about feeling left out is an offer of some sort... PM me. 8|

I'm glad you joined us Bob-o. Jonathan and I like Switch a lot. We've made the short walk there and back for drinks a couple of times. We're into finding the non-chain central Phoenix restaurants with a great ambiance and decently priced food. Being central Phoenix, it may be hard to tell if you're at a gay joint or not;) but hey, Michael got a great compliment/attention out of it!!:P
