Double your pollution March 28

In response to Earth Hour this March 28th I propose we have our own vote for global warming day!

Heres the quickie on Earth Hour

This year, Earth Hour has been transformed into the world’s first global election, between Earth and global warming.

For the first time in history, people of all ages, nationalities, race and background have the opportunity to use their light switch as their vote – Switching off your lights is a vote for Earth, or leaving them on is a vote for global warming. (Warm tropical climates! Yay!)

We all have a vote, and every single vote counts. Together we can take control of the future of our planet, for future generations.

VOTE EARTH by simply switching off your lights for one hour, and join the world for Earth Hour.

Ill be mowing my lawn, leaving my car idling in the driveway and bbq'ing while having the AC set to 57 and running the dishwasher and dryer machine all at the same time!

Who's with me? :)g)

I did my best to consume copious amounts of gasoline while doing demos at the Game and Fish Expo. I'm very heartened by the fact that I went absolutely nowhere on a half a tank.

I used a bunch of electricity this weekend with the welder, grinder, and chop saw. I had also shut the pool pump off for the last week with so much debris getting in it. I cleaned the pool Saturday and let the pump run all day to clean the water. Lots of electricity burned. I didn't get a chance to burn that much gas staying home all weekend though.

Saw this linked on the VJC. Al Gore didn't particpate either. http://wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=93315

"Al Gore's "An Inconvenient Truth" may have inspired many to participate in yesterday's "Earth Hour" by switching off their lights from 8:30 p.m. to 9 p.m., but maybe the former vice president didn't get the memo."

Is that just a typo or should it really have been called 'Earth Half Hour'?

And I used just as much getting out there and back, but I think I went a little further.....154 miles further to be exact. Who knew Ben Avery was so far from East Mesa. :)=)

Good show you guys put on. I saw on the flyer it said "exciting rock crawling" in Area 2. I though it was going to be a lame set-up but once I saw AZVJC and VJC rigs there I knew it was going to be better than I originally thought.

Hey, thanks. It was actually a lot of fun. For the 1st time we had plenty of Jeeps and went in shifts, so we weren't all tired out by the end of the weekend. made it a lot more pleasurable.

George said 'Nice to meet you out there' by the way.

It wasn't convenient for him, someone has to groom tha rug on his head. He figured he was doing his part by keeping in the heat and not letting it out. Can you even imagine if he had a real thought how much the temp change around him would be if he did not have that rug?
