Collateral XJ Clean Up
#1
OK... so I scatched it a bit on Collateral Damage.

One of the guys on the trail gave me a number for "Cliff", who has everything XJ related out of his house... kind of like an XJ Crack Parts Dealer.

Well, for $20 and a Sunday afternoon, she's all fixed (plus about $12 in primer and paint... oddly enough, rattle can white and factory white on an XJ are an exact match. Kind of freaky, actually.)

Here's the before shots from the trail:

It was originally a faded, blue hatch, so it needed to be primered first...

Old busted hatch had to come off..

Painted new hatch... really windy, so I had to work in the garage...

And..... DONE! Great way to spend a Sunday afternoon.

And with license plate a razorback sticker back on, looks just like it used to!

(well, almost, anyway)

Happy, happy, happy. I love wheelin. :)=)
