Is Spring Creek a OHV Park?

I'm not real sure bud. A local guy named Roland Bal owns the land. In fact he lives on property. You may have seen him in the readers rigs mag from fourwheeler or petersons. One of them has him in it. He poured alot of concrete and made a comp course where they actually held WE rock grand nationals, and are holding MOROC on april 4th. But its mainly muddy ravines and washouts.
