I ran a couple trails this past Saturday. I was less than happy with the conditions of them. Conda was pretty clean, so was 3M, but Dirty Sanchez was a disgrace! I am not sure who has been doing the littering, but I will be posting this on every board I frequent. I picked up over 40, yes 40 beer cans on the trail. I have no problem with some drinking on the trail, as long as you are resonsible about it. Bud Light, Coors Light, Bud w. lime, and Old Milwaukee, along with only 2 soda cans. Please people, PLEASE, if you see some of your wheeling group throwing out their cans/bottles, let them know this is not acceptable. It is a real let down to be the first one to break a trails cherry after a huge rainstorm, only to find the amount of trash I did. I even found a couple cans on Karma, which is a very little known trail. Only 3M was clean of trash. This type of behavior has to stop, we are already losing our trails and access faster than we can protest. Do not give the greenies ammo to hinder our efforts to keep public land accessable to future generations.
