Hey all. I'm headed up north tomorrow to check out the snow. I've never actually seen real fluffy snow, just the slushy stuff and the hard compact stuff. Anyone have suggestions on great places that are off the beaten path but won't get me stuck cold and alone?

I remember driving a road on the north side of Humphrey's peak that lead to Bismark lake. It was well traveled (for a FS road) so I assume it will be somewhat maintained. Does anyone know the number of the road?

Or, if anyone wants to meet up we could run something a little more difficult, something I'm always up for.:)=)
