Monday (12-08) I found 5 jeepers who wanted to hit the trail. We found Pyeatte Draw in Payson and had a great time. Temp was about 36 degrees when we hit the trail and warmed up to about 60 dregrees. The creek is dry with some light snow in the shaded areas. We also found a trail, which I think the trail number was 1563. This trail is located just past the cattle guard on Pyeatte Draw Road (NF 198). Make a quick right and you will see a lamp sitting on a rock at the trail entrance. This trail heads up the mountain and cuts to the East and then comes back down about two miles East from Pyeatte Draw. The road is very rocky but fun.
Thanks again to "Skatchkins" for informing me how to get there. The directions were Perfect.... Thanks...
