Alpha/Omega Offroad

Hey guys....I'm not new here, but it's been a little while since I posted, as I have been busy starting (and getting rolling) a new club.

Starting out in clubs like this made me want to do more in my immediate area. (we're located in PA and MD) So as of July 1st, 2008, Alpha/Omega Offroad 4x4 Club and Christian Ministry was started.

Since then, we have had a tent at the PA JEEP SHOW, car shows, had monthly runs, started doing work for the YORK RESCUE MISSION and are now becoming a small group under the sports ministry at our church (Mountain Christian Church in Joppa, MD) We'll have a once a month meeting/bible study to start...more than once a month if everyone agrees. We have about 9 of us who are definites already. So we're pretty happy.

The "WE" is myself and my boyfriend, Christian. We are proud of the club and the people that support us. We're looking forward to doing more in our communities and are constantly working towards that.

Another great thing that happened for us is we were both baptised at our church last weekend. He was baptised there at the age of 13 (we're 37 & 38 now) and was more of a rededication. I was baptised as an infant in the Catholic church. So, I felt this one was important. It was a great day.

I fully believe that God has moved us in the direction He wants us to go. I just wanted to share it with you guys because I had always loved coming in here. You all are wonderful.

God bless...and please stop by the site and see how it's going, ok? THANKS!!!

Be safe and happy,

That is awesome, guys! Congratulations and kudos! First (and most importantly) on your public declaration of faith and getting baptised together. Secondly, on the initiative and dedication to start the club and use it as a ministry tool.

We'll all be praying for you and your team as you love others to Christ and work actively in YOUR mission field.

Thanks for sharing (order more fish stickers from Mike. :)=) ) and wheel hard!

Seriously: Congratulations and good luck ya'll.

(Oh... and I'm jealous you all already have a 2009 ride schedule posted. That's scary organization. LOL )
