After singing up for 1and1 hosting back in March and seeing the control panel that they had offered I decided to cancel my plan immediately hoping to get my $15 back, which I didn't because it was in the contract.... Well now it's November and I went to check my mailbox and saw they had sent me 2 collection notices.. So i give them a call and reach Melanie Butler for works for NCO Financial System INC, who as nice as I can put it, was an unprofessional stuck up b**ch, who refused to offer any help at all, so I hung up and called 1and1 to see what was going on and apparently they never canceled my plan, and now I ow 1and1 $35 bucks, and if I decide not pay it, it will go on my credit report..

So the moral of the story is, if you are looking for host who has a descend control panel as well as knows how to do their job, STAY AWAY FROM 1AND1..
