Oh wow... This is VERY interesting to me! I would not have expected Rugged Ridge to be the first to come out with something this cool! I wonder how much storage space I will loose?

Jimmy - actually, judging by the price tag, you'll gain space in your wallet that will easily offset space you lose in the JK. :-)

Cute claymation.... watch it =) Mary's voice is Toni Collette and Max's is Philip Seymour Hoffman.

Yikes. $5000+ is crazy. I should just get a freedom top and add a roof rack. Still, its pretty cool to look at.

Or just hire a lovely young lady to drop your top whenever you choose... I hear it's only $30 in Colombia. For $5,000 she could "drop your top" 166.67 times.

While I was bouncing on facebook, I found myself at JPcooler. On the bottom-left corner was a cartoon jeep that looked a lot like Alan's before the mod and stretch.

http://www.jpcooler.com/products.htm

I clicked on it and it WAS Alan's jeep! LOL. Ok, it was back when Troy still owned it, I guess.

My first use of my winch was to pull a stump out of my front yard.

This time (my 2nd time), I found a more fun use... Zip Line!

During our Boy Scout camping trip, someone tried to make a zip line using some rigging rope and a steel carabiner. It wasn't working, nor did it look safe. I happen to have my recovery pulley, two shackles, and my tree saver strap.

After about an hour, we lowered the end of the zip line another 8" and sprayed some PAM non-stick spray on the pulley. Then, the sucker went dangerously FAST! :p
