Last year, on the annual Crown King run, there was a guy who asked if everyone had a CB. Naturally there was one guy in the group who was new, who didn't have a CB and they gave him a handheld for the run... but the dude also gave him a CB for his Jeep and said that someone had given him one, blah, blah, blah... and it was actually pretty cool.

So. I wanted to pick up an inexpensive, but still decent, CB in case someone didn't have one on Saturday it can be a give away and become part of that tradition as well.

Any suggestions on the CB and where to get it?

If you or anyone ever needs a descent unit but at a good price... I carry a Midland compact 40 Channel for under $25 bucks or a little better Uniden for under $40.
