Well Summer is here, and about gone (not heat wise though) and School is about to start (YES!!!! :lol:)

For the last few years Ive driven a few day trips around the state.
And this year is no exception, So heres what my plans are if anyone wants to tag along you welcome to join in!

Saturday: I crash the women only party (me Mum, Aunt & Grandma all meet up @ a cabin in the Mormon Lake area) we'll hike the Humming bird trail (its new name is the Arizona trail) and then well also head over the the Lava River cave, This is a leave Phx around 5-6am & leave the Flag area around 8pm.
Sunday is Church & / or recover.

Monday 5am leave again but this time we head south, typicaly we drive on MC85 & then onto old 85 down to Gila Bend and then into Ajo (my birth place)
Then down to Kitt Peak we usaly have enough time to walk around for a bit & get a tour of one of the telescope, they close @ 4:30 and then we back track our way way home.
Last year I didnt do any Geo Caching while on this route but this year I would like to, now if any one is intrested in going, we dont have to hit Kitts Peak, theres quite a few Bench marks & Cache's in that area & along a gas pipe line.
Lots of desert and just nothing, but I enjoy it.
