Once the run times and leaders get settled, let's run this one as a group. I figure some will be camping in Crown King that weekend, we will not be, but it shouldn't be hard to hook up and all run the same time.

Shoot, there may even be a night run that's fun again this year...

I won't be in town this year for it on the 23rd. I'll be in KC and Ark that week.

After my last trip, I want to go up there again, hopefully the trail will be clear after the wildfire.

I haven't decided if I'm going yet, but if I do, I'd like to go with this group.

Well, I can't tell if the "annual" run is on or not... trust Bob to get something started, then let it run it's course! LOL

Anyway, I'm running this weekend (the weekend of the 23rd). I know Jack's out of town (bummer dude, would like to run with you again), but let do SOMETHING this weekend.

Table Mesa, Florence Junction, Payette Draw, Crown King, something scenic, something rack crawly... I just need my fix, guys. :)=)

I'd love to do something this weekend. I'm short on time Sat, so either an early short run Sat or something Sun?

Sorry, I was referencing the weekend of the CK run, the 23rd. I wasn't clear with the object of my preposition (don't know if that's right, but it sounded "englishy" so I ran with it...:)=))

I'm not doing anything this coming Saturday either, but it would need to be a morning run.

So, Crown King run is on. Invite who you want and post up here so we can get a head count. If we get too big, then we'll split and either have a 5 AM or a 7 am group too. I'm leading 6 AM and looking forward to it.

Cool, daddy-o. I really do feel your pain. Not to the extent of your last post on the heep, but I feel you.

If you want good company, however, and don't give a rip about the trail itself, you know you have a seat with Ivan and me in the station wagon, and Ivan always enjoys time with "Mr. Fat Bob" <as do I, of course>, even if I do have to answer questions about why your pants are "happy" and "sad" and "what does that mean" all the way home each time. 8|

gotcha brother. get family affairs settled, but let us know if we can help at all... otherwise, pack those kiddos up, bring Shanda, and head to CK with us.

Group keeps growing and we'll split into two runs. Right now it's a 6 AM, but with the addition of five or six more rigs I'm going to recruit a leader and split into a 5 and 6 or a 6 and 7 run times...

It was neat hearing about Hackle and crew's first run up there in 98 and how they developed the AZVJC concept up there drinking a few cold ones... I'm running for Ivan and I, but it's neat to keep a tradition alive as well. That thing has survived 10 years now... can't let it die out.
