The Family & I are going to Freddys steak burger & frozen custard for dinner tonight probably around 6-6:30 ish.

Ok Update...

My Son typed in that message for me as my cell phone is all but dead :(

Went to the house to change the locks and noticed my arcada door open, then noticed the master bedroom window broken & gone.. yes.. the stationary window is broken... and the sliding window is GONE 8| they took the screen too }:(

But on a side note thats the only dammage, nothing more broken or vandelized, but new window estimate was $800 :'(
So Im gonna run by Freddys and eat, then spend even more $$$ at the home Depot and board up that window :eyeroll:

I'd check at Stardust. If they have one, you could prob get it for $50-$100 bucks. I've replaced windows from there for a dollar.

Yeah all in all we could of walked into a very trashed house :( so Thank God its only a window.

I found the home builders home waranty info so Ill call the people who supplyed the windows and see if I can get any where from there...
But these bozos... ugh, broke the stationary window and STOLE the sliding window & screen... Seriously people, break the window leave me the !?^%$$$ frame!!!





So after putting the wood over the window I instsalled a new kitchen light :)g)

house has been vacant for over 1yr
talked to the neighbors and some one tried to open their front door the other day while they were home, then the guy next to them got hit in the middle of the day & same as me they stole the back window & then made off with 4 guns...
