And before any of you west side people say it EAST SIDE FOR THE WIN!!!!
So Kristi and I are looking for a new place to keep all our junk. I have to tell you I thought it would be a one day deal. With all the houses on the market I was thinking it shouldn't be to hard to find a place. We have looked at 15 houses so far. All have been a fix up repo. That seems to be the trend in the 170K range...
We found one last night that we are going to put in an offer on. We don't think we will get it but if its Gods plan then who am I to argue.
If we don't get this one then there are two others we need to pray about and see if will work.

Those are nice area's over there.
And no once again I'm not going to buy the house in your parents neighborhood. I don't think they'd appreciate the Taater Racing crew. :D

We looked at 16 houses (all bank owned) before we found the one were to sign on soon.
So of these houses... ugh the repairs needed.
We were to sing on Monday, but the bank (home owner) decided they want a few days to look over the papers so that pushes our close date some where between tues & Fri :(
