Gas Pipe Line trail
#1
So on Saturday night a group of us "HAM" guys meet up for a night run from Black Canyon City to Table Mesa Rd via the Gas Pipe Line trail.
Easy trail some fun down & up hill stuff but over all a nice drive.

Was cool at night to see ann 16 Jeeps with all their light on comming down the hill, Im sure some people on I-17 were wondering what was going on, but it was really cool! (Maybe a future HG4X4 night run?)

Well 3 of us did the trail again today, Jimmy (KE6LLZ) Virgil (K7AZV) and Me (KE7NEA) along with my Daughter Heather & Neice Sara.

Over all was fun & quick drive and I was able to grab a few pictures too, Also had my Daughter take some as well...

Yeah, I'm glad you're back up again.
Nice pics and call sign sticker ;)

Having seen the call sign sticker LIVE this evening, I would have to agree!

That crack you slid into just happened to be exactly XJ size, too. That stinks, but I'm really glad you got to wheel and that your girls went with you.

Glad you are OK and that Virgil was there. The damage isn't tooooo bad! Gives it more character. I love the new GPS enabled HAM radio receiver you got, too... that's just sweet.

Finally got my 36 photos/ 6 videos uploaded. Look Here.

Jimmy's friend Mike and my wife Marcia each drove for a good portion of the pipeline trail. A few of the videos are of them coming down a hill towards the end.

I actually got video of Paul parking his XJ in the crack. We were trying to keep him up on the driver's side, but the rear tire got jammed and pulled the front end over. A quick strap and he was pulled right out.
