Just got yelled at for stuff that I had nothing to do with... I yelled back. I am sick of the "waht could you have done better so this didn't happen"...

just had my water pump die on me... I will be under the truck all night so i can make it to work in the AM...

Im just glad that I have the space, the tools, and the know how to fix it.

meh. One time at my old newspaper job, I found out after I left the distribution center assembling the papers, that I had a pair of whitey tightys from the washload, stuck to the velcro on one of my cargo shorts' pockets. I noticed later as I was delivering papers that I had something white swinging back and forth from my leg. I'm hoping that no one told me b/c no one noticed :eyeroll:

well, it wasn't "I just", but it was last night.

I got to teach Ivan how to create a website from scratch!

I was able to teach him about html, servers, ftp, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Google Image, how to search for and create fonts, the difference between a .psd and .jpg, etc...

It was a blast. He mapped out his little web site, we created content folders, etc...

Then, we posted it. So far we only have the beginnings of the splash page, none of the links work and we'll be working on content all week, but it's a good start. He really liked learning about roll over buttons. He created all the content and did all the keystrokes himself, including inverting the buttons for rollover images, resizing, etc... I'm pretty proud of the little dude.

He's wanting to "update" the Star Wars story with his own stories (episode 8, episode 9, etc... with HIM as the star. :)=)

So I'm raising a dork. So what. At least he's not a drum major...

found out I get no raise but I get to keep my job and that should be good enough to make me want to stay late and be a team player... Why don't I feel like being a team player...

I went 4 years with no pay raise

finally got one last year and it was a whopping 3% :sad:

Changed the front diff oil, spark plugs, horrid looking front axle u-joint, and old temp. sensor I broke (who knew 20 year old plastic was so brittle?)

i might be able to finagle it if I wanted an IT degree, but im tired of tech
