I just...

Never Geoff! ;)

I just got the wheels back and white walls, finished the last of the chrome de-rusting, buttoned it all back up and took a nice "forever alone"-looking bike ride on my '67 Schwinn Twinn bike.

I just saw where Lance sold his rig too.

Granted, I'm in a post election depression/slump right now, but it kinda makes me sad. When I first got into wheeling, the AZ Rock Rats were the gold standard in rigs, wheeling, and knowledge. Jack dropped off, then Hackle... Joe a bit later, now Lance... I know Woody still wheels, but it's sad to me to see my rock crawling heroes "retire" from the sport. I don't blame them. I get priorities shifting. I get that the "heavy hitters" come and go (just like anything else... sports, the bar scene, bands, etc..) I get being burned out or finding other interests... all good things and I don't judge it one bit. I just miss my heroes. Feel free to add Bob to that list. :-) Again, all in love, none in accusation. I've moved up in my capabilities and I'm continuing to find new inspiration with my rig and wheeling in the racing world and with groups like the Undertakers, but we all remember our first love and I sure loved watching those guys wheel.

Sad moment over. Carry on.

The first time I ever rode in a "rock crawler" and the first trail I ever experienced was Die Hard riding with Hackle. Good bunch of guys for sure.

I just hit up Rigid Industries for a sponsorship. We'll see how it plays out. Baby needs an LED light bar. ;-)

Thanks for the idea Daniel.

Just talked with my 21 year old daughter who voted in her first big election. Found out that she gets it. She voted for Romney and feels he should have won. I proud that she is paying attention to politics and not just voting with the rest of her peers. Papa is proud.

finally tagged out my first deer. After 3 days of harsh wind, rain, and freezing temps we caught a break. Found two bucks walking 10 feet from one another. A downhill shot at 140 yards with a 10mph wind blowin straight in our faces netted us a pair of bucks.

Found what appears to be a big bag cocaine laying near drug country. Called Border Patrol and gave GPS coordinates.

This week in drugs....

Nice find

You know, Mike... I think we've been looking at this all wrong. Here we've been praying for guidance in how to fund the site, the Lord keeps providing opportunity, and we keep calling the cops. Sheesh...

Yeah $15,000 in cocaine can pay for a lot of bandwidth, flags, and t-shirts! Oh look what I just found. A crack pipe. Gotta love being so close to Mexico.

Think the blow belonged to those bucks...

And just took the FJ on the back way to Crown King. added to the pin striping and the passenger side foot rail found a rock. Great time and WOW I'm surprised at how well the FJ did on some of the obstacles.

When did they added obstacles to the Backway to CK?

:-)

Common man... FJ / XJ even speed bumps are a challenge ;)
