yes. I am painfully aware. I've requested Mike to airbrush some sweet abs on me though. That would be sweet.

Nice! just ordered stuff for a winter warmer (yea I'm a little behind on the winter part), and was thinking an oatmeal stout might be next.

originally they put me on penicillin and oxidant(sp) my reaction to those this morning had my throat swollen almost completely shut.. was having trouble breathing. So i'm obviously not taking those anymore, he prescribed something else to me in place of penicillin, paper work is in the kitchen.. don't remember the name. hopefully I'll have better luck this time
