...went and renewed my STL permit in person. There was a crazy lady out front walking around and approaching people and yelling at them. On my way out, she started following me and yelling "Leave me alone!" I walked away fast, doing my best to hold back an ear piercing scream like a scared little girl.

The STL employees were fine. Nice and helpful. I didn't ask for maps. haha. It was a homeless looking crazy lady out front I was talking about.
