Funny how things work out...

I think I am going to give up looking for a specific truck... I never seem to find what I am looking for... but that’s not a bad thing. It seems that I always find something that works for what I need.

I have been looking at a bunch of Diesel trucks for the last few weeks. Most of the truck have been a pile of poop. I went to look at one that I wouldn't even get in it... it was so nasty.

So then last night I get a call from my dad. He is at a party (with my mom;) ) and sees this truck in the back of the yard. Its a 72 Dodge Power Wagon 4x4 with a built 360 V8 4spd and a camper shell and 33's on some old school rims... Its old it’s cool and the guys kid (35 years old) is looking to sell it. The Dad seems to think he wants around a grand for it.

I went to look at it and I like it. I am just waiting for the kid to get back from Vegas on Monday.

If I end up with this truck it will be like many of the other rigs in my life... It just seemed to fall in my lap.

Wish me luck

Cool find hope it works out for you!

Jen & I have kicked around the idea of trading / selling the Durango & getting a Dodge Ram 3500 quad or mega cab... BUT thats in about 2-3yrs once the kids are done with High School.
