RIP Robert (Mac) Lee McNeeley Sr.

I just got the call. We all knew it was coming. My Grandpa was diagnosed with Parkinson’s about 10 years ago. He has been bad for the last 3 years and we all knew it was a matter of time.
My Grandpa was the one who got me into cars. One of my first pictures with him is at a Hudson show. I’m in his arms and he’s pointing to something on a clean Hornet. He gave me my first car when I was 13. I still have it.
Most of his life was spent in the airline industry. He was a mechanic and then moved on to safety. He had a true passion for mechanical things. The beauty in the design and function of it all.

I will miss him and all his stories

Sorry for your loss Bobert. Glad he was able to pass on his mechanical insight to you. That's special that you still have the car he gave you.

Thanks but no. My Dad and his brothers just need to sort it out.

Thoughts and prayers with you, Bob.

I'd like to echo what Michael said. It's wonderful that he lives on with you and the others that he's touched, but I am sad for your loss and extend my offer (as well as I"m sure all your friends do too) that if there is anything we can do (from practical stuff to just spending time together), please let us know.
