Easter...
#1
For those of you without a church home, or those of you just wanting to try something different, this is an open invitation to join us for church this Easter.

We are going on Saturday night, not Sunday morning. Still deciding between the 4:30 PM service or the 6:15 PM service. Either way, we're going to eat dinner at chruch that night. If you drive your Jeep, I'll buy you dinner. :cool)

Dress code is Jeans and T-shirt... I think I'll wear my HG4x4 shirt, since it's Easter and all...

The church is Christ's Church of the Valley (you know, all the weird CCV sticker people...).

Let me know if you want to go and we'll meet up and caravan in... nothing says Easter Tradition like a line of Jeeps on Saturday night, right? :)=)

If you are looking to go on Sunday, I think Sc00by and Chris both attend different services on Sunday and would be happy to hook up with you.

Got booted, dude. I'm playing next weekend instead. They are having a working interview for a second worship leader to support Andy (since David moved to help launch the Scottsdale campus and evidently he is a "heavy hitter" that Andy knows) and he's a piano/keyboard player, so he's drivin' the keys this weekend.

So, no rockin' Easter on the keys this year... have to wait until next week!

Alan, you ship your kids off to another place? What's the best to do with a 2yr old?

Who has a two year old? Michael did you do something bad we dont know about? LOL
#8
K, I will be there. Should have 1 or 2 people with me.
Meeting up with Alan and Geoff 'round when?
#9
I haven't heard back from Geoff yet, so we are planning on the 4:30 service, so we'll meet you at 4:10 / 4:15 ish at the playground (it's in the middle of the kids buildings and there are chairs and stuff).

After service we're staying for dinner at CCV, so if anyone prefers to go to second service, I'll still be there and can meet you for second service (two church services on one day never killed anyone, right?)

If it's easier for you, we can meet at the gas station at 67th and the loop 101 and drive in as a group, then park as a group... your call. If so, then let's meet at 4 at the gas station.
