"Official" meeting
#1
OK... maybe not "official", but it's a good excuse for me to go to Baby K's.

Looking to set up a meeting either April 5th or 6th at Baby K's for some good eats and maybe some club talk and planning, but mainly the eats (and redheads for Mike).

Which night works best? Vote at the top, then I'll Calendar it.

It's a public poll and you can vote for both nights if either works for you.

wow, that is really weird. I was thinking of asking the same question this morning while I was driving to work

Im good for either day. Is Baby K's back on Bobs "can eat" list?
#3
Yes, Bob is a go at the end of March
#4
What time are you guys looking to have it?
#5
I was thinking dinner time (5, 6, 7 ish...), but I hadn't really thought about it too much.

What works for you, Nate?
#6
If its Sat then can we do it at 6pm or after.
#7
I agree with Bob. But if it ends up being on Sunday can we do 5ish?
#8
Yes. So, if it ends up being Saturday (which I'm leaning towards...) then it'll be 6, if it lands on Sunday, let's call it 5.

done.

Im good for Sat.
Sunday @ 6pm is our small group so Sunday is a no go for us.

Last time I checked Baby Kays wasn't open on Sundays
#11

Last time I was there, there was a sign that said now open Sundays!

Well, that settles that, now doesn't it.

There wasn't anyone who posted as "Sunday Only". All the Sunday posts were folks who could do either night, so we'll just call it Saturday at 6 and be done with it!

Thanks all, I'll post it in the Calendar.

I mostly see Seafood & Chicken on their menu.... :(

The only two words you'll need are "Crawfish Ettoufee"

And actually I don't have to say anything when I go there. They just bring it out to me. :cool)

Dude... first time I was there they gravy covered fried chicken with hush puppies and a HUGE serving of mac and cheese with cajun sausage in it...

It.

was.

Amazing.

when they don't have that on special, I get the 'ol stand-by: Red Beans and Rice with Cajun sausage... and hush puppies.

The atmosphere is worth it, but the food really is good...
