All right, got out of town finally, had a great time! Got to go down the big hill that only Dana's jeep did last time... so that was cool. No overheating for me this time... the electric switch on the fan worked like a champ. Thanks again, Paul.

How'd they like the offroad trip. The pics don't look like there are any additional passengers?? Or was it just full up and that's why some had to ride on top.

Man, they loved it! My cousin Nicole kept saying "this is better than Disneyland!" and then kept taking pictures of the trail and sending them via her phone to her boyfriend, who was very, VERY jealous. She didn't stop smiling for over two hours of trail time.

I let Nicole drive on most of the trail (since we had driven it before, it wasn't anything she couldn't handle... just follow the ruts, right? LOL) while Mark and Margo rode as well, so there were four of us on the trail.

We didn't make it to Soldier Pass, but we did have fried cactus at a cowboy resturant in downtown Sedona... nasty stuff! I still think my favorite part was going down the big hill that Jon took in Dana's jeep that I just had to watch the first time because my Jeep was overheating and I was a bit stressed about seeing the needle in the red!

I still wish Ivan had been with me... just doesn't seem like a trail ride without my boy. He's done every trail I've done except this trip. He went to go see "Alvin and the Chipmonks" with Jen and Katelyn. He had a great time and I tried REALLY hard to not talk about it too much. It was a blast, though. The fam had a great time and it was the highlight of their trip.

They all took pictures up in the basket, so I couldn't resist. That's up on the big roundabout you have to take around the big rock, while driving very close to the edge. I couldn't help it... everyone else had pic on top of my Jeep, but me... so up I went! Good time by all.

Looks like it was a fun trip!!!
