Start with simple.
There's a chance it could be that your tires are simply not balanced.
If not then move on to the plethera of other items it could be.
Drive line could be out of balance or anything to do with your steering components. More likely it's steering since you don't have a lift yet.
With it parked and the key turned forward, have someone turn the steering wheel back and forth. Lay under the front of the Jeep and inspect anything for play.
But you say mostly while going up hill? If nothing else let the dealer look at it if it's under warranty. Let them diagnose, then fix it on your own.
