Shrockworks Bumper
#1
I really like my front bumper.

Wow, that wasn't hard. While I'm here... I like it because:

It's crazy big and heavy. First of all, it really sets the X off. You see so many vehicles out there with a lift and still the stock piece of crap bumper on there. And that's exactly what had been on mine: plastic covered plastic.

When I did the body lift, I took all that junk off, leaving the starved skelloten of a "bumper" underneath. It actually looked better that way.

Then I saved up enough for a new one. I went with Shrockworks not only because they seem to be a favorite brand in the Xterra world (there's really only 3 brands for that market anyway), but because we've used them before for our Jeeps and liked dealing with Jim over there.
I went with the single hoop b/c it just looked right.
I couldn't have been happier.

Easy install. 10 frame bolts. Solid. More clearance. Beautimus

Quick Specs:
- 3/16" plate steel bumper
- 3/8" plate steel mounting brackets and integrated recovery points.
- 2" and 1.5" high strength tubing
- Most aftermarket clearance

It looks so much better with the new bumper. It just looks too plain without it.
