Tires / wheels - $800
Axle - $200
Springs - $200ish - These were free for me
Spring perches / shackles / misc tabs - $300
Metal - $800 (this is a very rough ball park because I had a lot of the metal laying around already)
Max Coupler hitch - $240
Fenders - $60
Lights / wiring - $150 ( can be done cheaper but I wanted lights with reverse lights built in)
Paint / bed liner - $200
3 Trailer Jacks - $100
Bolts / Hardware misc - $150
Shocks - $260 (can be done cheaper)
Tool box - $300 (ball park.. this one was given to me)

Then you get into the accessories....

Foxwing awning - $800+ (Cheaper / smaller awnings are available however I got this one through a friend for 40% off)
Solar / dual battery / inverter set up - $1000ish (can be done cheaper )
Slide out kitchen - not sure yet... I'll start that project this winter
Water tank / pump - $250ish (will happen this winter)
Roof top tent - $1500 - $3000 - I however am getting a prototype at cost ($600-700ish) from my friend who owns Stout Tent in exchange for advertisement and letting him display my trailer at the overland expo every year.

And then the labor... I haven't kept real good track of my hours because I don't plan on building one of these for anyone lol but If I was going to ball park my hours to the point in the last picture I'd guess 40-50 working hours. So you take that with most shops labor rates and you're probably sitting about 3-4k in labor.

Got most of the wiring done this afternoon, just waiting on a couple pieces and hopefully I can button it up Saturday morning.

So, I took my trailer to Mexico over Memorial day weekend and had a blast! So much so that my trailer decided to show me it's weak point.... kinda had a feeling it would happen eventually as I knew better than to buy an axle instead of building one. SO, I bought a piece of 3 inch .250 wall DOM tube that'll be my axle housing and will build an axle that'll never break.

New axle is built and under the trailer

Next project on it was figuring out how to get the awning out of my way when zipping up the tent... bit of a design flaw when I was making it and made zipping up the tent on that side a horrible hoirrble job. So, I hinged it!

Then I need to do some touch up painting and couldn't find the original paint color anywhere... so I changed it.

I need to get a propane mount for the front, and would like to build a slide out for one of my larger coolers in the back. Other than those two things, trailer is ready for Co and Rubicon! I'm going to take it with me this weekend up to bagdad and smiley rock for a "shake down" run.

Got the trailer all fixed up / changed over Christmas break... new axle (again), new spindles, new wheels, new tires, added trailer brakes, and I changed the frame a bit to move the front spring hangers down 2 inches to try and help the angle of the leaf springs and give me a little more up travel. Really what needs to happen is I need to buy stiffer springs... but for now, it'll work.
