    Default 99 tj ac/heater blower

no air comes out the vents with either AC or heater, nothing for any fan speeds. Checked the fuses behind the glove box and they are all good, replaced them just for fun and still no change

    whats next?

Same results regardless of what setting it's on? defrost, floor, front, etc..? are you positive your blower is kicking on? Could be (most likely) a bad actuator.. they have little plastic gears that strip out so it won't switch between vents. Odd that it would close them all off though.

yah no change on any of the settings - to be honest im not even sure where the blower motor is in the TJ - never had to change one before - but thought I could bypass the switch and hook to battery maybe to see if it kicks on?
