    Default Race in 2012

So far this year I have done a race every month.

    Jan was Tough Mudder
    Feb was Spartan
    March was Gladiator rock'n run
April and May will be Warrior Dash

Not a bad start to 2012

Im not sure what to think... I know they said it was 5k but there is no way it took me 98min to do a 5k. I was running more than I have in the past. I didnt stop and rest or take my time on the challenges. I did stop and help a lady over a wall and then I helped pull a guy up the rope but I dont see that causing me to be 15min slower that WALKLING the dash last year... Yeah I was 15 min slower than what I WALKED the dash.

I may need to get a GPS watch and just start seeing how far and how the race is and how long it takes me.

Oh and I will be at the dash again this year. 1pm but will be with a group from work doing the party thing after the race.

Did the Warrior Dash this weekend. Ran it with a few of my friends from work.
Running will be the death of me.

The company that put on the race made some major improvements over last year. They had a higher quality of obstacles and they had ones that you get wet on.

It was a hot one this weekend. The temp at the start line was 95 but that made the mud at the end that much better.

My first year my sister was kind enough to walk the race with me. We got done in a blistering 75 min. This year I got done in 53 min. I think I could have taken another 3-5 min off if I didn't stop to help or cheer for people along the race.

All in all it was a great time and I can’t wait to do it again this weekend in NM.

Happy for you, sad for me. :-( As in all good custody battles, however, I have already claimed Mike for that day.
