My travel companion and main helper for the week!

    adding to the water falls...

Of course, everyone had to look "cool" in their shades...

It was easy to lose yourself in the scope and scale of the views...

It was difficult for me to meet new people on this trip, but we did make a couple of new friends who decided to hit golf balls off Engineer Pass. My kinda folks!

My boy is growing! Glad I had the mohawk to add a couple of inches to my height!

    Mike's a stud.

Everyone fleeing from the attack of the intergalactic moose (or mooses, or is it meese?)

Chris cooking breakfast at his condo...

Paul rockin the Tri-Tip on night 2... he DID share in night 4, so all is forgiven.

There were strange rituals on this trip...

Matt trying to figure out why my Jeep was running so rough...

Ivan building dams in American Basin...

More Mikey getting the SHOT (and, of course, my beard being awesome).

Proof that Bob DID see a bear on this trip:

There are my favs... the Clear Lake experience was just awesome.

Oh, if we only knew how the Silver Nugget was going to end we would have prayed MORE. But, as Paul will testify, the bacon WAS on the house and we are still laughing about the entire experience.

    Black Bear pass was awesome...

We did see 1 bear too!

and despite the altitude, it was pretty easy to identify who farted...

Dana stalking wildflowers... or maybe Marmets...

and Ivan hanging out in 4 states at once!

This is the happiest and most content I've seen myself in a picture in a long, long time...

There was a whole lot of relaxin' going on too!

One of Ivan's favorite quotes from the week: "We should be a gang or something... we don't need guns or knives, we've got a Bob!"
