am I the only one who got mad at the photog for leaving his tire swing out open?

Not only should he close it, but should move the vehicle out of frame. All of those mine tailings on the right need filled back in and grass/flowers planted where they currently are. Then, and only then, it might be a good photograph.

Edit: Needs a little more sky too. Too much ground.
