    Sweet Bob. Bleachers kill.
    I know I've improved some after doing Squaw and not feeling it in lungs or legs.
    Hope I don't stroke out today.

    Had to make an appt with a pain specialist... I cant walk on my left heel today. I dont want to hobble from spot to spot in CO.

    Had my last training session on "the hill" today.



    Not even close to what I should be ready for, but it's better than nothing.
