I am wanting to do this mod. Your write up looks great. My problem is that I am unable to print this. I even tried to copy & past, but it wont allow me to. Please email this write up so I can print and have a copy in the garage while I complete this.

Hey 05jeeper, we will see if we can put together a PDF file for you to download, give us a few days and we should have it up

Think you could also send me this PDF also? Ive looked at AEV kits…but the cost is sky ward. Doing this satisfies my moding/cutting on my new jeep (to astounded on lookers). I sure would thank you.

Skatchkins just wanted you to know I’m half way through the highline. Both fenders are bolted back up Just got to pull the curve in on the passenger side.. Just a note use the biggest diameter bolts you feel comfortable with, Tried using !/4 inch to pull the curves and was breaking them, guess I should’ve purchased grade 8… Decided to use 3 4inch sections of all thread to pull the curves in, Worked slowly and worked one in a bit then the next and so on worked well, on one side. Havent started the pull on the passenger side yet. What did you end up doing for a washer bottle? Also a note for those that are unhappy with pulling your fender curves in. The fake plastic diamond plate rock chip guards that lots of vendors carry cover. hide lots of gaps, paint cracks/ chips if your worried about looks.. You just need to screw them on to get them to cconform 1 in each corner and 1 at the sharp bend at the headlamp/ grill.. Most excellent write up, Wouldn’t have even attempted without it. Finished the highline on the front end. Way cool!!! Still have finishing work to do but needed to be driveable by3/26/09. Took 1 day and 3 late nights to complete. Still have fender supports to finish up for battery and fab up mounts for canister and fuse block. Using bungie chords and tie downs at the moment. From the out side it looks pretty bitchen…. Photos soon on wheelingarizona tj forum.

I’m having trouble getting the PDF file to work. Is it broken? Can you email it to me? My boyfriend REALLY wants to do this to his TJ. Thanks!
